1:30 - 1:50 meeting and greeting people, revision of vocabulary acquired on Monday
1:50 - 2:30 Fundamental procedural vocabulary: parties to the proceedings, appeals, submissions and evidence, de novo application etc
2:30 - 2:45 coffee break
2:45 - 3:30 The case study: The class action case - analysis focusing on English legal terminology related to an interesting cross border class action case with an international element with many procedural questions
3:30 - 4:15 criminal liability of legal person and crimes against humanity: revision of criminal law vocabulary based on a continuation of discussion of a famous case and a short physical exercise
4:15 - 4:30 Revision of the Terminology in interactive activities
Wednesday
1:30 - 1:50 intonation practice and voice games
1:50 - 2:30 the U.K. murder case - video introduction and initial discussion
2:30 - 2:45 coffee break j
2:45 - 3:30 short writing expertise followed by group discussion about the case based on the Italian law
3:30 - 4:15 outcome of the case based on the real life court judgment - language of agreeing and disagreeing, expressing reasoning
4:15 - 4:30 self study tips, where to find sources of good language practice and closing of the seminar

Il Course of Communication focused on Law and Legal Terminology in Criminal and Civil Proceedings Viene rischedulato on Line alla luce della nota emergenza Covid-19.
Il corso si articola in 3 sessioni di tre ore previste Per il 18, 19, 20 maggio 2020 (1:30pm -4:30pm)
La piattaforma utilizzata sarà Zoom che consente una maggiore interattività rispetto a Teams ma e‘ ugualmente facile quindi non preoccupatevi per le eventuali problematiche tecniche .
Anche in questo caso il numero dei partecipanti sarà limitato per ovvie ragioni tecniche e di effettività del corso.
